We specialise in all things computer related.

  • If your computer is slow, needs repairs or is behaving strangely, we can help.
  • If the thought of installing new software fills you with dread, or you simply don't have the time to do something yourself, then give us a call or send us an email. We're here to help.
  • If you're interested in purchasing a new computer system, we will gladly help take the stress out of this choice too.

If you need a custom programme you would like written, we are also keen to work with you to develop exactly what you're looking for.

Our motto is Create, Maintain, Empower. We will create a solution that is perfect for you, maintain that solution for you, and most importantly to us - empower you to use it.

Our Rates

Our computer maintenance call-out rates (to your home or office) are simple and competitive. 

We charge £15 for every 30 minutes (that's only £30 an hour - half the price of many of our competitors).

The minimum charge per visit is £45 (1.5 hours). Time after the initial 1.5 hours is charged in half hour blocks.  For example, if we solve your problem in 2 hours and 13 minutes, you will be charged for 2.5 hours. Of course, the remaining time can be used to fix more problems, get our advice or for training - remember, part of our motto is to empower you!

If you live more than 5 miles from our workshop in Cricklewood, please contact us to see if there will be any overhead charged.

NOTE:  If we don't fix the maintenance issue that you called us out to fix, then there will be no charge to you*!

Terms and Conditions

 1. Our no-fix no-fee policy applies if the technician is technically unable to resolve the reported problem. If the technician can't fix the problem on-site due to faulty equipment, no internet service or lack of original software, the customer is liable to pay the minimum standard charge of £45. If at least one of the original problems reported by the customer is fixed by the on-site technician, the customer is liable to pay the full price.

2. If you live more than 5 miles from our workshop in Cricklewood, please contact us to see if there will be any overhead charged.

3. Charges are calculated in blocks of time.  An incomplete block of time is fully chargeable.  For example, for an on-site visit charged in half hour blocks, if we solve your problem in 2 hours and 13 minutes, you will be charged for 2.5 hours.

4. Payment by cash or cheque must be made at the end of the technician’s visit.  Payment by bank deposit can be arranged and must be paid within 10 working days of the technician’s visit.

5. A bill will be sent after completion of the phone support conversation.  Payment of the bill must be made within 15 working days from the date the bill is sent.
